How is ApolloIQ priced?

Spells (ScribeCraft, Blood Pressure Scroll, Locate Elixir) are priced per user per month, with a lower Organisation tier for 5+ users. Automated Workflows (Pathology Automation, Clinical Document Management, Chronic Condition Hub) are £0.30 per registered patient per year; QRisk3 is £150 per 1,000 patients per year; GP List Reallocation is £225 per GP (full) or £75 per GP (partial) per run.

Are there setup fees or long contracts?

No setup fees. Workflow contracts run for a 6-month initial term, then continue flexibly month-by-month.

Is there a minimum number of users?

Individual (B2C) plans have no minimum. The discounted Organisation tier requires 5 users per subscription type. Enterprise pricing is custom.

What's included in the price?

Implementation, support and routine upgrades are included.
